Michael Murphy, Partner

Michael is a partner and co-founder of Matatof Murphy LLP.  For the better part of a decade, he’s been a trusted ally, confidant and resource for his clients in their real estate and business ventures across the tri-state area. During this time, Michael has helped navigate those clients (individuals, entities, and lending institutions alike) through successful transactions totaling over $1 billion in the aggregate, including the Real Estate Board of New York’s “Deal of the Year” in 2020, for which Michael served as purchaser’s counsel.  Michael is a frequent guest lecturer at real estate brokerages and lending branches across NY and NJ, covering a variety of topics in the residential and commercial real estate sectors.  Michael’s drive, ingenuity and industry wherewithal have proven invaluable to his clients over the years, and those qualities remain the foundational pillars of Matatof Murphy LLP and its client-focused/results-oriented approach.
